I have been married for 2 yrs. I gave up my rented house to move to another city with him.(We live in Calif). I don’t Know anyone here and have no place to go. he is an alcoholic and an abusive person. I have a restraining order & a move out order on him (he is not living here now) and we go to court in 3 week. he owned the house way b4 we were married there is no equity in it..and i put about ,000 of my own money into the house. I am not on the title.. I am permanently Disabled & my only income is disability. When we go to court on the restraining order, my question is.. will the judge make me move if i have no where to go and he has plenty of family here?
