Your question seems to have brought out the scammers like rats leaving a ship. In my many years I have learned that the longer it takes a loan company to get back to you the less likely it is you got the loan. With the depreciation of homes worth these days in compared as to what is owed on them are you sure you have over 20% equity in the home? If not rest assured you will not be getting the loan
